Shipping on most products from Hillking Supply Company takes 5-7 business days.
If the priority mail shipping is selected at checkout, items typically will ship same day or next day and will arrive within 1-3 days of the ship out date.
On rare occasions shipping may take longer depending on weather, availability or other circumstances beyond our control. Presale orders are a "print to order" circumstance where your item is printed after the presale has ended. These orders will generally will take the duration of the presale with an additional 5-8 days for production and 2-3 days for shipping.How does shipping work with pre-orders?
In the case of pre-order sales, refer to the estimated shipping date associated with the product(s) pre-order page.Am I able to return or exchange an item?
Returns are possible within 60 days of the original purchase date. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
On rare occasions, we will also notify you if we are unable to process your request for a return.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days (depending on financial institution, this time period may be more or less).
Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unless damaged or as a result of order error, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are made possible if items are defective or damaged. If a replacement is unavailable due to inventory and stock levels a full refund will be issued for the returned item.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee otherwise that we will receive your returned item.

What materials are used in the products?
We are now trying to include material information on each product page. For the most part, though, our "Classic" tees are a soft, lightweight triblend and our signature tees are either a triblend, a soft 100% cotton, or a sturdier 100% cotton.
For our fleece, we will generally use a soft triblend or a poly/cotton blend depending on the weight and style of the piece.
Will You Be Restocking?
It really depends on the item. Many times if we plan to restock or rerelease an item we announce it via our social media or email newsletter, so follow and subscribe to stay up to date on restocks, new releases and events!
